CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1501 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. C~TNa~uAN, JR. FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-20 WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. has applied for development plan approval for construction of 21 single-family detached dwelling units and 15 townhomes to be located on an approximately 4.26 acre site and rezone the site from General Industrial zoning district to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District, said site is located at the southwest corner of the Rheem Drive/Oakland Avenue intersection (APN 946-4550-015); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 5, 1991; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 5, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and zoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 4.2 acre site located at the southwest corner of the Rheem Drive/Oakland Avenue intersection (APN 946-4550-015) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasant0n dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 397, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated March 5, 1991, and incorporated herein by reference.
