Ordinance No. 1512 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-89-6-3M, the application of Spieker <br />"' Partners for a major modification to an approved planned <br /> unit development (PUD-89-6) for Rose Pavilion (Phase <br /> III), located at the northwest corner of the intersection <br /> of Santa Rita Road and Rosewood Drive, to permit banners, <br /> pennants, and other non-reflective decorations in <br /> conjunction with grand openings and special events, <br /> subject to the conditions of ,'Exhibit A" attached hereto. <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> "' after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 2, 1991. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City CounCil of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 16, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None / <br /> MERCER <br /> <br /> ST: , <br /> pe~~goj' E~i~e <br /> Michael H.
