Ordinance No. 1511 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> 18.116.040 Outdoor Sales. <br /> <br /> Temporary outdoor display and/or sale of merchandise <br /> or services meeting the following requirements shall be <br /> permitted upon the granting of a temporary conditional <br /> use permit in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 18,124,170 of this title. <br /> <br /> (Subsections A - D, no change.) <br /> <br /> E. Decorations and attention getting devices may be <br /> used during these events when displayed according to an <br /> approved decorating plan submitted concurrently with the <br /> application for a temporary conditional use permit for <br /> the event. Allowable decorations and attention getting <br /> devices are restricted to flags, pennants, banners, and <br /> other temporary signs and devices as deemed appropriate <br /> by the zoning administrator. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on June 18, 1991. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 2, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None I~<__~ <br /> KENNETH R.
