CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1530 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FAR <br /> WEST ASSOCIATES, LTD. (LOUIS G. BALDACCI) FOR <br /> A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PUD <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO AT~OW THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> SIX SINGT~-FAMILY ATTACHED DWET~NG UNITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Far West Associates, Ltd. (Louis G. Baldacci) has applied <br /> for a major modification to an approved development plan <br /> to allow the construction of six additional single-family <br /> attached dwelling units (duets) on a 0.54 acre site <br /> located at the southerly corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br /> Stone Point Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - MediumDensity Residential and High Density Residential <br /> District; Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report; therefore, <br /> this application does not constitute a new project under <br /> CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this <br /> application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed major <br /> modification to the approved planned unit development; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 5, <br /> 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this major modification is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton and with the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Far West Associates, Ltd. <br /> (Louis G. Baldacci) for a major modification to an <br /> approved development plan to allow the construction of <br /> six single-family attached dwelling units (duets) on a <br /> 0.54 acre site located at the southerly corner of <br /> Stoneridge drive and Stone Point Way, subject to the <br /> conditions on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
