45. The proposed stormwater collection system shall be subject <br /> to the review and approval by the City Engineer. The <br /> project site shall convey all storm water from the site to <br /> an approved stormwater collection system in the private <br /> roadway or Foothill Road. No stormwater'runoff shall drain <br /> onto the adjacent residential properties. The area on the <br /> southern side of the existing Ku residence shall be drained <br /> in an appropriate manner so that the stormwater runoff is <br /> directed into an on-site stormwater drainage system. These <br /> improvements shall be completed at the time of the <br /> subdivision improvements for this development. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />46. Should evidence of any archaeological site be uncovered <br /> during any phase of project construction, work shall cease <br /> until a qualified archaeologist has reviewed the site and <br /> made recommendations concerning the disposition of the site. <br /> All mitigation measures required by the Planning Director <br /> following receipt of the archaeologist's recommendations <br /> shall be conditions of thi~ approval. <br /> <br />47. All site improvement and house construction activities shall <br /> be limited to the hours of S:0Oam to 5:00 pm, Monday through <br /> Saturday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise <br /> standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />48. The applicant shall require all construction contractors to <br /> water ex13osed surfaces in the late morning and at the end'of <br /> each work day, with increased watering when wind speeds <br /> exceed ten mph. Contractors shall also be required to <br /> cleanup mud and dust carried onto the streets by <br /> construction vehicles on a daily basis or as determined <br /> necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />49. The haul route for construction shall be submitted for the <br /> review and approval by the City Engineer prior to any work <br /> on the site. <br /> <br />50. This development plan shall be of no further validity and <br /> the applicant shall be required to submit the same or new <br /> development plan for City approval prior to development of <br /> the site if the applicant fails to record a parcel map <br /> within two years of PUD approval. <br /> <br />51. The project shall adhere =o all the recommendations of the <br /> Geotechnical Report and subsequent technical reports <br /> prepared by Geotechnical Engineering Inc., 1989 and 1991) <br /> including the recommendations of the City's reviewing <br /> geologist, Herzog and Associates. <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
