CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1539 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KRABBE-OSICKI PARTNERSHIP FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-07 WHEREAS, Krabbe-Osicki Partnership applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning approval to allow for business park uses at 7116 Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study for the project, a Negative Declaration was adopted by the City Council on November 19, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received a recommendation from the Planning Commission for denying the rezoning, but the Council has determined that the concerns of the Commission can be adequately mitigated by way of conditioning project approval; and WHEREAS, duly noticed public hearings of the City Council were held on November 19, 1991 and January 7, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Planned Unit Development rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of the 0.92 acre site located at 7116 Johnson Drive (Case PUD-91-07) from the I-G-40 (General Industrial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Business Park District, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #408, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated January 7, 1992, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City Clerk is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
