CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1539 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> KRABBE-OSICKI PARTNERSHIP FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REZONING AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-91-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Krabbe-Osicki Partnership applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning approval to allow for business park <br /> uses at 7116 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study for the project, <br /> a Negative Declaration was adopted by the City Council on <br /> November 19, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received a recommendation from the <br /> Planning Commission for denying the rezoning, but the <br /> Council has determined that the concerns of the <br /> Commission can be adequately mitigated by way of <br /> conditioning project approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, duly noticed public hearings of the City Council were <br /> held on November 19, 1991 and January 7, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of the 0.92 acre site located <br /> at 7116 Johnson Drive (Case PUD-91-07) from the I-G-40 <br /> (General Industrial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Business Park District, subject to the <br /> conditions set forth on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #408, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A", dated January 7, 1992, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Clerk is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
