CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1543 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> GUARANTY RV CENTERS FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION <br /> TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-87-11-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Guaranty RV Centers has applied for a major modification <br /> to an approved planned unit development (PUD-87-11), <br /> located at 4011 Pimlico Drive, to allow the display and <br /> sales of recreational vehicles (RV's) and related sign <br /> changes on the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PUD-87-11 was approved in August 1987, and this is the <br /> first modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested modification is reasonable and would not <br /> violate the original intent of this PUD; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed major <br /> modification to the approved planned unit development; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, minor alterations in land use limitations are <br /> categorically exempt (Class 5) from the requirements of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); <br /> therefore, no environmental document was prepared for <br /> this major modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 21, <br /> 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this major modification is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
