CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1541 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN CERRUTI FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPT~RNT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-12 WHEREAS, John Cerruti has applied to rezone an approximately 1.84~ acres of land from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District and development plan approval for a two lot single-family residential development located at 2818 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on January 7, 1992; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 7, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.84~ acre parcel located at 2818 Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #409, dated January 7, 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow a two lot single-family residential development located at 2818 Foothill Road, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
