CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1549 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF WEST <br /> VIEW PROPERTIES, LTD. (LOUIS G. B~LDACCI) FOR <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, West View Properties, Ltd. (Louis G. Baldacci) has <br /> applied to rezone an approximately 6.51 acre site from <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density <br /> Residential (MDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) <br /> Districts to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium <br /> Density Residential (MDR) District and for development <br /> approval to construct 46 paired single-family homes and <br /> two detached single-family homes to be located southeast <br /> of the Stoneridge Drive and Stone Point Way intersection; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Environmental Impact, therefore no <br /> additional environmental document was.prepared for this <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council receive the Planning Commission's recommendations <br /> for approval of the rezoning and development plan <br /> approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 3, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the Stoneridge Drive Specific <br /> Plan and the City of Pleasanton General Plan policies. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PT2ASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section !: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 6.51 acre <br /> site located southeast of the Stoneridge Drive and Stone <br /> Point Way intersection to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - MediumDensity Residential (MDR) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 411, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A", dated March 3, 1992, and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
