CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1547 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> CHR/S BERATLIS FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis has applied to rezone an approximately 8.9 <br /> acre site from the Agricultural zoning district to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential <br /> District and development plan approval for a 15-lot, <br /> single-family residential development located at 10 <br /> Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of Crellin Road); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on February 4, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 4, <br /> 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 8.9 acre <br /> parcel located at 10 Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of <br /> Crellin Road) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> Section_____/2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 410, dated February 4, <br /> 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow a 15-lot <br /> single-family residential development located at 10 <br /> Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of Crellin Road), <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
