CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1547 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHR/S BERATLIS FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-14 WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis has applied to rezone an approximately 8.9 acre site from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District and development plan approval for a 15-lot, single-family residential development located at 10 Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of Crellin Road); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 4, 1992; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 4, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 8.9 acre parcel located at 10 Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of Crellin Road) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. Section_____/2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 410, dated February 4, 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow a 15-lot single-family residential development located at 10 Beratlis Place (eastern terminus of Crellin Road), subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
