CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1555 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING T~E APPLICATION OF <br /> CURRIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-17 <br /> ( OAK TREE FARM) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Currin Construction has applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of 54 single-family custom <br /> homes, in addition to the existing home, and creation of <br /> an approximately 44-acre open space amenity, all on an <br /> approximately 91-acre site located at 8015 Foothill Road; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Rural Density and Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) was <br /> prepared for this project and on April 7, 1992, a <br /> resolution certifying the SEIR as complete and adequate <br /> in compliance with CEQA was adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council reviewed and considered the information <br /> contained in the SEIR prior to approving the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council made the necessary CEQA findings, as listed <br /> in Exhibit C; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 7, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan <br /> meets the PUD findings as listed in Exhibit D, attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan, with 55 <br /> units and an open space amenity to off-set the increase <br /> in density over the General Plan mid-point density of 51 <br /> units, is in compliance with the General Plan. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
