CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1555 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING T~E APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-17 ( OAK TREE FARM) WHEREAS, Currin Construction has applied for development plan approval for construction of 54 single-family custom homes, in addition to the existing home, and creation of an approximately 44-acre open space amenity, all on an approximately 91-acre site located at 8015 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density and Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) was prepared for this project and on April 7, 1992, a resolution certifying the SEIR as complete and adequate in compliance with CEQA was adopted; and WHEREAS, the Council reviewed and considered the information contained in the SEIR prior to approving the project; and WHEREAS, the Council made the necessary CEQA findings, as listed in Exhibit C; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 7, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan meets the PUD findings as listed in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan, with 55 units and an open space amenity to off-set the increase in density over the General Plan mid-point density of 51 units, is in compliance with the General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
