CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1553 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BRAD HIRST AND JAMES TONG FOR DEVELOPMRNT PLAN APPROVkL AS FII,F~D UNDER CASE PUD-92-1 WHEREAS, Brad Hirst and James Tong have applied for development plan approval for forty 15,000 to 55,000 sq. ft. single- family custom lots on an approximately twenty acre site located at 3710, 3744, 3752, and 3760 Trenery Drive; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, therefore no additional environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 1, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan and the City of Pleasanton General Plan policies. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for forty 15,000 to 55,000 sq. ft. single-family custom lots on an approximately twenty acre site located at 3710, 3744, 3752, and 3760 Trenery Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
