CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1558 ANN ORDINANCEAPPROVINGT~EAPPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALAS FILED UNDERCASE PUD-91-10 WHEREAS, Red Bear, Inc. has applied to rezone an approximately 0.66 acre site from the R-1-6,500 Single-family Residential District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District and for development plan approval for a 20-unit senior apartment development to be located at 443-465 Division Street; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 5,1992; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 5, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.66 acre site located at 443-465 Division Street to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #415, dated May 5, 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow a 20-unit senior apartment development to be located at 443-465 Division Street, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
