18. The final sidewalk location for Lots 81-88 shall be worked out <br /> at the tentative map stage. The sidewalk location and design <br /> shall be coordinated with the sidewalk design and location for <br /> the Hirst/Tong development (PUD-92-1) and the neighborhood <br /> park to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Planning <br /> Director. <br /> <br />19. The project developer shall implement the Standard Development <br /> Conditions except for Condition Nos. 3, 5-7, 14, 20-23, 25, <br /> 46, 54, and 56. <br /> <br />20. Parking shall be allowed on the Martin Avenue cul-de-sac. At <br /> the 'tentative map stage the cul-de-sac design shall be <br /> reviewed by the Planning Director to determine that vehicular <br /> parking and circulation is accommodated.
