CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1570 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TE[E kPPLICATION OF MIRIAM CHU AND MAX GAHRA}IMAT FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALAS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-4 WHEREAS, Miriam Chu and Max Gahramhmat have applied for development plan approval for 88 small- and large-lot single-family detached units on the approximately 17.5 acre "Village One" site of the larger Chu/Gahrahmat property, located on the southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive with Stone Pointe Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) LDR and MDR (Low and Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, and, thus, no additional environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the "Village One" site plan is well designed and is consistent with the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan and the Pleasanton General Plan. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for 88 small- and large- lot single-family detached units on the approximately 17.5 acre "Village One" site of the larger Chu/Gahrahmat property,' located on the southerly side of the Arroyo Mocho northerly of the intersection of Stoneridga Drive wit~ Stone Pointe Way, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
