CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1570 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TE[E kPPLICATION OF MIRIAM CHU <br /> AND MAX GAHRA}IMAT FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALAS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-92-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Miriam Chu and Max Gahramhmat have applied for <br /> development plan approval for 88 small- and large-lot <br /> single-family detached units on the approximately 17.5 <br /> acre "Village One" site of the larger Chu/Gahrahmat <br /> property, located on the southerly side of the Arroyo <br /> Mocho northerly of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive <br /> with Stone Pointe Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> LDR and MDR (Low and Medium Density Residential) <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, and, thus, no <br /> additional environmental document was prepared for this <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the "Village One" site plan <br /> is well designed and is consistent with the Stoneridge <br /> Drive Specific Plan and the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for 88 small- and large- <br /> lot single-family detached units on the approximately <br /> 17.5 acre "Village One" site of the larger Chu/Gahrahmat <br /> property,' located on the southerly side of the Arroyo <br /> Mocho northerly of the intersection of Stoneridga Drive <br /> wit~ Stone Pointe Way, subject to the conditions shown on <br /> "Exhibit B" attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
