CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1569 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HARBOR VIEW <br /> INVESTMENT, INC. FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVALAS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-92-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Harbor View Investment, Inc. has applied for development <br /> plan approval to allow the construction of a two- and <br /> three-story 135 unit extended-stay hotel on an <br /> approximately 3.58 acre .site located at 11920 Dublin <br /> Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> C and O (Commercial and Offices) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on July 7, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1992; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan to allow the construction <br /> of a two and three-story 135 unit extended-stay hotel on <br /> an approximately 3.58 acre site located at 11920 Dublin <br /> Canyon Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit <br /> B" attached hereto and by 'this reference incorporated <br /> herein <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
