That there shall be no liquor stores, fast food <br /> restaurants, electronic games arcades, convenience <br /> food stores, or any all night businesses allowed in <br /> the shopping center. Alcoholic beverages can be <br /> served from 10: 00 p.m. to 12: 00 midnight in a <br /> restaurant located on Building Pad 1 or 2 provided <br /> that: a) food service is available with the <br /> alcoholic beverage service; b) no live music or <br /> dancing is provided; and c) the alcoholic beverage <br /> service is approved by the Planning Commission <br /> under a conditional use permit." <br /> <br />Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 6, 1992. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 20, 1992 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None NET~R.~Y <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> KEN OR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
