While the <br />applicant has stated that these facilities would be sized to serve golfers only, there is the potential <br />that these facilities could generate significant additional traffic from other users. FEIR page 4-14. <br /> <br /> Mitii~ation Measures 4-3 and 4-4: The applicant is required to include provisions in the <br /> golf~..ourse operation plan to assure that use of clubhouse and practice range facilities <br /> would not result in substantial additional offsite traffic. Any future substantial changes <br /> for golf course facilities and operations shall require a review of implications for project- <br /> generated traffic.
