any other permit or approval of the type referred to in <br />Section 3.4(a), or as a result of a mandatory water moratorium of <br />the type referred to in Section 3.4(b), then the term of this <br />Agreement as provided in Section 2.2 shall be extended by the <br />period of any such delay. <br /> <br /> 19.13 Subsequent Pro~ects.
