<br />. , <br />lY.. PUD - Office (PUD-o) <br />A. For Parcels Numbered: I, 4, and 5; Parcels 6 and 7 may be developed under the PUD- <br />o or the PUD-LDR designation. <br />B. Intent <br />The intent of this zoning category is to: a) provide opportunities for offices of a semi- <br />residential character to locate outside of existing commercial districts; b) establish and <br />maintain high standards of site planning, architecture and landscape design sought by many <br />business and professional offices; and c) protect offices from the noise, disturbance, traffic <br />hazards, and other objectional influences associated with certain commercial uses. <br />c. Pennitted Uses <br />The following uses shall be permitted in the PUD-O district: <br />Administrative and business offices; <br />Design-related offices; <br />Insurance offices; <br />Investment services; <br />Legal serviCes;. <br />Medical and dental offices; <br />Real estate offices; and <br />Research services. <br />D. Conditional Uses <br />None. <br />E.
