CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1700 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF UTAL PROPERTIES FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-96-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Utal Properties has applied for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan <br /> approval for a 26-unit townhome project located generally east of the Old <br /> Santa Rita Road/Santa Rita Road intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is consistent with the scope of the draft Negative <br /> Declaration previously approved for the project site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval <br /> of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 19, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan is consistent with the <br /> General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Case PUD-96-15, the application of Utal Properties for a <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan approval for a 26-unit townhome <br /> project located generally east of the Old Santa Rita Road/Santa Rita Road <br /> intersection, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" , attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />.Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
