CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1699 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF NANCY KRISTINE MONTGOMERY FOR A <br /> MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-91-15-2M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nancy Kristine Montgomery has applied for a major modification to an <br /> approved Planned Unit Development to allow the subdivision of an existing <br /> 1.58-acre parcel located at 3800 Trenery Drive into two lots, each lot being <br /> approximately 0.80-acres in area, where the existing PUD requirement is a <br /> one-acre minimum parcel size; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br /> Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval <br /> of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on November 19, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the PUD modification for one additional <br /> single-family lot would continue the development pattern established in the <br /> surrounding area along Trenery Drive and is compatible with the existing <br /> uses on all sides of the site. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-91-15-2M, the application of Nancy Kristine <br /> Montgomery for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit <br /> Development, to allow the subdivision of an existing 1.58-acre parcel <br /> located at 3800 Trenery Drive into two lots, each lot being approximately <br /> 0.80-acres in area, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
