The Hacienda Business park land use designation for parcel 13F is changed to <br /> MCOIPD (Mixed Retail/Commercial/Financial, Office, and Research and <br /> Development/Light Manufacturing Planning District). <br /> <br />2. Section 1. l(hh) of Table B-4, Restrictions of Operation and Use, of the Hacienda <br /> Business Park Design Guidelines shall be modified to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (hh) Hotels and motels, but only on Parcel 1C, Parcel 5A, Parcel 13F, and Lot <br /> 56A. <br /> <br />3. Section 3.0(a) (Prohibited Uses) of Table B-4, Restrictions of Operation and Use, <br /> of the Hacienda Business Park Design Guidelines shall be modified to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Hotels/Motel/Motor Inn, except on Parcel 1C, Parcel 5A, Parcel 13F, and <br /> Parcel 56A. <br /> <br /> <br />
