The subject property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Cemral <br /> Commercial (C-C), Downtown l~evitalizatiou, Core Area Overlay District and, <br /> except as noted below, development on the property shall conform to the site <br /> development st~ndaxds of the C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> 2.
