CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- - ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1684 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING AN APPROXIMATELY <br /> 1.02 ACRE PARCEL TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT) - CENTRAL COMMERCIAL, <br /> DOWNTOWN REVITALIZA, TION, CORE AREA <br /> OVERLAY DISTRICT, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-01 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for Planned Unit Development approval <br /> to rezone a 1.02 acre parcel located at 65 Kay Street from the C-S (Service <br /> Commercial), Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District to the <br /> PUD-C-C (Central Commercial), Downtown Kevitalization, Core Area <br /> Overlay District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Service Commercial); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was <br /> adopted by Council on May 21, 1996; and <br /> <br /> V~rI-IEREAS, the City Council received the planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval for the rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 21, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1..:Approves Case PUD-96-01, and fezones the appro~cimately 1.02 acre parcel <br /> located at 65 Kay Street to the PUD - C-C (Central Commercial), <br /> Downtown Kevitalization, Core Area Overlay District, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
