CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1683 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR FOR PIANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning to <br /> PUD-High Density Residential and development plan approval for a <br /> four-lot subdivision, retaining the existing single-family residence and <br /> constructing three new units on an approximately 18,000 square foot site <br /> located at 4027 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4,000 (Multi-family residential; minimum <br /> 4,000 square feet); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was <br /> adopted by Council on May 21, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval for the development plan and rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 21, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan and rezoning are <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 18,000 square foot site located <br /> at 4027 Vineyard Avenue from RM-4,000 (Multi-family residential; <br /> minimum 4,000 square feet) to PUD-High Density Residential. <br /> <br /> <br />
