13. All future property owners of Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" shall allow the northem property <br />.- lines of said parcels to be adjusted to accommodate the future alignment of the East/West <br /> Collector street of the North Sycamore Specific Plan. All future property owners of <br /> Parcel "C" shall allow the southern property line of said parcel to be adjusted to <br /> accommodate the future alignment oft he East/West Collector street of the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan.
