CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1682 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TIlE APPLICATION <br /> OF ,JUDY BACKER GRAY FOR A PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-96-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Judy Backer Gray has applied for development pin approval for a Planned <br /> Unit Development (PUD) to allow the subdivision of a 6.61+ acre parcel <br /> into a 0.81+ acre parcel, a 1.18+ acre parcel, and a 4.62+ acre remainder <br /> parcel located at 530 Sycamore Koad; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property as specified in the North Sycamore Specific Plan is <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) <br /> and PUD (Planned Unit Development) - A (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared and certified for the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan; therefore, no additional environmental document <br /> was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval for the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 7, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the application for a General Plan <br /> amendment to redesignate this property as Medium Density Residential; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project is consistent with the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan and the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-96-04, the application of Judy Backer Gray for <br /> development plan approval for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow <br /> <br /> <br />
