CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1673 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SIGNATURE PROPERTIES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-~0D WHEREAS, Signature Properties has applied for d~velopment plan approval of a clustm'ed 145-unit, single family detached residential d~velopment located on a 15.41 acr~ site in tie Hacienda Business Park (Lot 8A located on tie northerly side of Stoneridge Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajarra Creek); and WHEREAS, zoning for tie property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High Density residential) District; and WHEREAS, the PUD application is covered by tie Negative Declaration previously approved for Case PUD-81-30-55D; and - WHEREAS, Council received tie Planning Commission 's recommendations for approval of tie proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on lanuary 2, 1996; and WHEREAS, tie City Council finds that tie proposed development plan is appropriate for the THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~ItL!.: Approves Case PUD-81-30-60D, tie application of Signature Pmpefd~ for development plan approval of a clustered 145-unit, single-family detached residential development located on a 15.41 acre site in tie Hacienda Business Park (Lot 8A located on tie northerly side of Stoneridge Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajarra Creek), subject to tie conditions on *Exhibit B', attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days af~ its adoption in 'The Valley Times,' a newspaper of general circulation published in tie City of Pleasanton, and tie complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in tie City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
