CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1673 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> SIGNATURE PROPERTIES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-~0D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Signature Properties has applied for d~velopment plan approval of a clustm'ed <br /> 145-unit, single family detached residential d~velopment located on a 15.41 acr~ <br /> site in tie Hacienda Business Park (Lot 8A located on tie northerly side of <br /> Stoneridge Drive between Gibraltar Drive and Tassajarra Creek); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for tie property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High <br /> Density residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PUD application is covered by tie Negative Declaration previously approved <br /> for Case PUD-81-30-55D; and - <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received tie Planning Commission 's recommendations for approval of tie <br /> proposed development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on lanuary 2, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, tie City Council finds that tie proposed development plan is appropriate for the <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> ~ItL!.: Approves Case PUD-81-30-60D, tie application of Signature Pmpefd~ for <br /> development plan approval of a clustered 145-unit, single-family detached <br /> residential development located on a 15.41 acre site in tie Hacienda Business <br /> Park (Lot 8A located on tie northerly side of Stoneridge Drive between Gibraltar <br /> Drive and Tassajarra Creek), subject to tie conditions on *Exhibit B', attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> af~ its adoption in 'The Valley Times,' a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in tie City of Pleasanton, and tie complete ordinance shall be posted <br /> for fifteen (15) days in tie City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
