CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1668 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 18.40.030 <br /> AND 18.40,040 AND TABLE 18.44,090 OF THE <br /> PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br /> FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1995, the City Council reviewed the report <br /> of the Director of planning (SR 95:390) regarding a change of the <br /> established policy regarding criteria for locating financial institutions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Sections 18.40.030 and 18.40.040 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are <br /> mended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "18.40.030 Permitted Uses <br /> <br /> The following uses shall be permitted in the O district: <br /> <br /> (Subsections A - J, no change) <br /> <br /> K. Financial Institutions including banks, savings and loan associations, <br /> finance companies, credit unions and related services. <br /> <br /> 18.40.040 Conditional Uses <br /> <br /> The following conditional uses shall be permitted in the O district upon the <br /> granting of a use permit in accord with the provisions of Chapter 18.124: <br /> <br /> (Subsections A - F, no change) <br /> <br /> Subsection G is hereby deleted." <br /> <br /> Section 2: Chapter 18.44, Commercial Districts, is mended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
