<br /> 1, 1962, October 21, 19T2, Sep.~,,nher 28, I973, Jamxary 5, 1980, J~ir,,=ry 3, 1981, April 11, 1981,
<br /> Sepranber 20, 1986, February 18. 1987, June 13, 1987, Sepiember 5, 1987, February 26, 1993 and May
<br /> 7, I993, which provides for participation of Public Agent' in said System, Board axxi Public Agency
<br /> hereby agree as follows:

<br /> as apply only on eleaion of a conuclin~ agency aud are not provided for herein and to
<br /> all ameudmeus to said l~w hereafmr enaaed exert those, which by express provisions
<br /> thereof, apply only on tiz election of a comnaing agency.

<br /> Eu~loyees of Public Agency in the following classes shall _bed_me members of said
<br /> Retiremenz Sysr~n exc~t such in each such class as are excluded by hw or this
<br /> aSreemeu:

<br /> a. Local Fire Fighrzrs (herein rderrecI to as local sa/w] member);
<br />
<br /> b. Local Police Officers (begin referred to as local safety, members);
<br />

<br /> 4. In addition to the classes of employe~s excluded from membenhip by said Retiremere
<br /> Law, the following classes of employees shall not become members of said Retiremm~

<br /> 5. The pen:e.n~e of final compermzion to be provided for each year of credited prior and
<br /> currein service as a local rni-e. cei|mneolls rfle~ber sha~ be dele. rrnhled in accordance with
<br /> S~ction 21251.13 of said Relir~qne~ Law (2% at a~e 60 Pull).
