CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1656 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO ELIMINATE <br /> REFERENCES TO THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE RZ-95-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br /> eliminate references to the Design Review Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 16, 1995, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development regarding the proposed <br /> amendments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed Code amendment deleting <br /> references to the Design Review Board and replacing them with references to the <br /> appropriate reviewing body is appropriate. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Title 18 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended as shown on Exhibit "A", <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted <br /> for fxfteen (15) days in the City Clerk's off'~ce within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> ~: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 16, <br /> 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
