Ordinance 1652 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br /> period of thirty (30) days after initial occupancy by the business. Banners shall not <br /> exceed two (2) feet by ten (10) feet in size." <br /> <br />Section 3: Section 18.74.140 (Limitations on sign types) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is <br /> amended as follows: <br /> <br /> "No building facade shall have more than two (2) different types of signs~ <br /> menu boards excepted, otherwise allowed by this Chapter. No building or business <br /> may have more than one removable freestanding sign (e.g., menu display, <br /> freestanding sidewalk sign) on display at any time." <br /> <br />Section 4: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fiReen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br /> (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on March 7, <br />1995. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on March 21, 1995 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember - Dennis ~ ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ;~N C.
