CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1646 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> FIRST DEPOSIT CORPORATION FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PUD DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-16-4M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, First Deposit Corporation has applied for a major modification to an approved <br /> PUD development plan to increase the floor area of an approved, unbuilt office <br /> building from 56,000 square feet to 83,600 square feet and change the use <br /> designation on the vacant portion of the subject site from a 77,200 square foot, <br /> three-story office building to private parking located at 4900-4940 Johnson Drive <br /> in the Signature Center Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> (Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the negative declaration approved under PUD- <br /> 80-16-3M; therefore no additional environmental document was prepared for this <br /> application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, council received the Planning Commission' s recommendations for approval of the <br /> proposed major modification to the approved planned unit development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 3, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major modification is appropriate for the <br /> site and is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Case PUD-80-16-4M, the application of First Deposit Corporation for <br /> a major modification to an approved PUD Development Plan to increase the floor <br /> area of an approved, unbuilt office building from 56,000 square feet to 83,600 <br /> square feet and change the use designation on the vacant portion of the subject <br /> site from a 77,200 square foot, three-story office building to private parking <br /> located at 4900-4940 Johnson Drive in the Signature Center Business Park, <br /> subject to the conditions on "Exhibit B" , attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
