CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1644 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF COLOR TILE AND CARPET FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO COMPLETE VARIOUS EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR BUILDING MODIFICATIONS TO THE ANCHOR TENANT SUITE (SUITE C) IN THE PLEASANT VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-15-5D-5M WHEREAS, the PUD for Pleasant Village Shopping Center, located at 6700 Santa Rita Road, was approved as a ballot measure, Measure "X", in November, 1988; and WHEREAS, Color Tile and Carpet has applied for a major modification to Measure "X" , the approved development plan for the Pleasant Village Shopping Center, to complete various exterior and interior building modifications to the anchor tenant suite (Suite C); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the application at its meeting of October 12, 1994; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 15, 1994 before the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that this major modification is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton and Measure "X" ; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.: Approves the application for a major modification to complete various exterior and interior building modifications to the anchor tenant suite (Suite C) in the Pleasant Village Shopping Center, as filed under Case PUD-80-15-5D-5M, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
