6. This approval does not guarantee the availability of suffi- <br /> cient water to serve the project. The City shall withhold <br /> building permits for the project if at the time building <br /> permits are applied for, mandatory water rationing is in <br /> effect, unless the City has adopted a water offset program <br /> and unless the developer is participating in the program. <br /> Notwithstanding the developer's participation in such a <br /> program, the City may withhold building permits if the City <br /> determines that sufficient water is not available at the time <br /> of application of building permits. <br /> <br />7. Final inspection by the Planning Department of buildings, <br /> fencing, and front yard landscaping is required prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> <br />8. The developer shall implement the recommendations described <br /> under Option One or Option Two of the "Cultural Resources <br /> Assessment of Stoneridge Orchards III, City of Pleasanton, <br /> Alameda County, California" prepared for the site by Basin <br /> Research Associates, Inc. The decision to follow which <br /> option shall be made by the developer before approval of the <br /> final map. If the developer provides a subsurface archaeo- <br /> logical reconnaissance, the report shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for review before issuance of a grading <br /> permit. Mitigation measures shall be indicated on the grad- <br /> ing plan and improvement plans for the project. <br /> <br />9. Building Design <br /> <br /> a. The developer shall provide automatic opening sectional <br /> roll-up garage doors throughout the project. This <br /> detail shall be shown on the final building plans for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Director and the <br /> Director of Building Inspection before issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> b. The applicant shall post address numerals on the build- <br /> ing so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining <br /> streets or driveways during both daylight and night time <br /> hours. <br /> <br /> c. The developer shall "wrap" elements, e.g., brick/stone <br /> wainscot, quoins/reveals, of the front building eleva- <br /> tions to the those side and rear elevations directly <br /> visible to a public street. The revised building eleva- <br /> tions shall be submitted to the Planning Director for <br /> review and approval before issuance of the building <br /> permit. <br /> <br /> d.
