9. Building elevations, floor plans, and a landscape plan for the private recreation area <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance <br /> of building permits. <br /> <br />10. Future conversion of living area to garage space shall require approval through the <br /> City's design review procedure. <br /> <br />11. Except as modified by the conditions of approval for PUD-89-5-1D-2M, all conditions <br /> of Cases PUD-89-5, PUD-89-5-1D, and Tentative Tract Map 6266, shall remain in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> <br />12.
