CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 163 1 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (PART) OF <br /> ORDINANCE 1370 AND SECTION 19.44.040 OF THE <br /> PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING IN-LIEU <br /> PARK DEDICATION FEES <br /> <br /> :. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section_ __1: Section 1 (part) of Ordinance 1370 and Section 19.44.040 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code are mended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "19.44.040 Formula for dedication of land. <br /> <br /> (Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br /> B. The formula for determining acreage to be dedicated is as follows: <br /> <br /> Dwelling Assumed Standard: <br /> Type Density Acres/DU'8 <br /> <br /> Single-family 3.09 persons/DU .01545 acres/DU <br /> Multi-family 2.05 persons/DU .01025 acrestDU <br /> <br /> For purposes of this subsection, the following definitions shall apply: <br /> <br /> A "single-family dwelling unit" shall mean: <br /> <br /> (1) A dwelling unit occupying a separate, legal lot or parcel (example: a <br /> detached single-family home or paired or attached single-family home); <br /> <br /> (2) A primary dwelling unit located on the same site as a second family <br /> residential unit whether the second family residential unit is detached or <br /> attached to the primary unit; or <br /> <br /> (3) A dwelling unit which is part of a structure containing no more than two <br /> dwelling units where both dwelling units are located on the same parcel <br /> of land (examples: duplexes, duets). <br /> <br /> <br />
