17.24.050 PLEASANTON COORDINATOR <br /> <br /> The Director of Planning and Community Development, or <br />his/her designated representative, shall be the Pleasanton <br />Coordinator. The duties of the Pleasanton Coordinator shall <br />include, but not be limited to the following: <br /> <br /> A. Participate in the TSM Task Force; <br /> <br /> B. Review intersection monitoring data; <br /> <br /> C. Coordinate with other City departments with <br /> transportation-related functions; <br /> <br /> D. Provide direct support to large employers; <br /> <br /> E. Review and evaluate the employers' TSM Programs, <br /> employers and complexes' Information Programs, and <br /> employers' survey reports; <br /> <br /> F. Participate in and coordinate with any regional TSM <br /> activities, including RIDES and Metropolitan <br /> Transportation Commission programs; <br /> <br /> G. Review Compliance with this ordinance , and, if found <br /> necessary, refer TSM programs found inadequate to the TSM <br /> Task Force for review. <br /> <br />17.24.060 ANNUAL REPORT <br /> <br /> Every employer required to have a TSM Program shall submit <br />to the Pleasanton Coordinator an annual report describing (i) its <br />TSM Program and its results during the reporting period and (ii) <br />the TSM Program it intends to implement in the ensuing year. <br /> <br /> A. Time and Period of Submittal. Every employer required to <br /> submit an annual report who is doing business in the City <br /> on February 28 of any year shall submit said report by <br /> April 1 of that year. The annual report shall cover the <br /> immediately preceding January 1- December 31 period, or, <br /> that portion of the period the employer was in business. <br /> <br /> B. Contents. The annual report shall contain sufficient <br /> information to allow the Pleasanton Coordinator to <br /> evaluate the extent and results of the TSM Program. The <br /> annual report shall contain the TSM Program. The annual <br /> report shall contain information as required by the <br /> Pleasanton Coordinator, which may include, but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> <br /> 1.
