36. enhanced trip reduction efforts on forecast <br /> criteria pollutant exceedance days e.g. the <br /> District's Spare the Air program <br /> 37. financial subsidies/rewards for clean fuel <br /> vehicles used for employee commute trips <br /> including carpool and vanpool vehicles <br /> 38. assistance to employees in locating their <br /> home residence closer to the work site and/or <br /> along transit routes <br /> 39. assistance in the development of housing <br /> close to the work site, along transit routes, <br /> or in an employer sponsored housing <br /> development to facilitate carpool/vanpool <br /> formation or shuttle service <br /> 40. trip reduction measures to reduce non- <br /> employee vehicle trips to the work site, e.g. <br /> busing for student populations, delivery <br /> trips, etc. <br /> <br /> d. All TSM Programs shall include information <br /> posting and dissemination as one element of the <br /> program. The information program shall include <br /> distributing to employees state and federal tax <br /> information provided by the City. <br /> <br /> e. At the end of each program year, an Annual <br /> Report, as specified in Section 17.24,060, shall <br /> be submitted to the Pleasanton Coordinator. <br /> <br />C. Complexes. Every complex shall design, implement, and <br /> provide the Pleasanton Coordinator with an annual <br /> Information Program which incorporates posting and <br /> dissemination of commute information materials. All <br /> materials provided by the City must be distributed to <br /> tenants. <br /> <br /> 1. Existing complexes shall submit an Information <br /> Program Plan to the Pleasanton Coordinator within two <br /> (2) months following the effective date of this <br /> ordinance. Complexes not in existence as of the <br /> effective date of this ordinance shall submit an <br /> Information Program Plan to the Pleasanton <br /> Coordinator within four (4) months following initial <br /> occupancy of the first building in the complex. <br /> <br /> 2. At the end of the program year, each complex shall <br /> submit a new Information Program Plan which describes <br /> (i) the program activities during the reporting <br /> period and (ii) the Information Program it intends to <br /> implement during the ensuing year. <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
