Ordinance No. 1624 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 3. All other conditions of Case PUD-85-15 shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> <br /> 4. Any future building additions on this lot shall be constructed with a 23 <br /> foot side yard setback from the western side property line. <br /> <br /> 5. A 36" box size valley oak (QL), three ornamental pear trees (PC), and <br /> Catalina cherry laurel shall be planted at a spacing of 15 feet on center <br /> along the western side property line in the area of the reduced setback. <br /> Additionally, these five trees along with the 15 gal. valley oak (closest to <br /> Lupine Court) shall all be planted an additional 5 ft. back towards the rear <br /> lot line (southwesternmost corner of the lot) than shown on the revised <br /> landscape plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted <br /> for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 3, <br />1994. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on May 17, 1994 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: Councilmember Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None C.
