CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1619 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2.36.020, 2.36.030, <br /> 2.36.032, 2.36.035, AND 2.36.060 OF THE PLEASANTON <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE PLEASANTON <br /> HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~: Section 2.36.020, 2.36.030, 2.36.032, 2.36.035, and 2.36.060 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "2,36.020 Board of directors. <br /> <br /> (Subsections A - C, no change) <br /> <br /> D. Delegation of Authority. All powers of the board of directors are <br /> delegated to the housing commission except as reserved in this subsection. <br /> The following actions of the housing commission shall not be final until <br /> reviewed and approved by the board of directors: <br /> <br /> 1. Approval of the annual budget for Kotfinger Place; <br /> <br /> (Paragraphs 2 - 5, no change) <br /> <br /> 2.36.030 Housina commission. <br /> <br /> (Subsection A, no change) <br /> <br /> B. Manner of Appointment. Commission members shall be appointed in <br /> accordance with Resolution No. 91-91. <br /> <br /> (Subsection C - F, no change) <br /> <br /> <br />
