Ordinance No. 1611 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for a two-lot single- <br />family residential development located at 2884 Foothill <br />Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: The city staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> " a newspaper of general circulation <br /> Valley Times, <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on October 12, 1993. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 19, 1993 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Scribner, Pico, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~! <br /> <br /> Peg~0LU Ezidxi6, City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
