CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1610 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY/SIGNATURE PROPERTIES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-55D WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company/Signature Properties has applied for development plan approval to construct a 496-unit residential development consisting of 178 small-lot single-family detached units and 318 townhouse and condominium units proposed on an approximately 52.7 acre site (Lots 8A, 8B, and 26) located within the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 12, 1993; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, duly noticed public hearings were held on September 21, 1993 and October 12, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan to allow the construction of a 496-unit residential development consisting of 178 small-lot single-family detached units and 318 townhouse and condominium units proposed on an approximately 52.7 acre site (Lots 8A, 8B, and 26) located within the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
