CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1604 K_N ORDINANCE 2~ENDING Tied3LE 18.44.090 OF THE PLEASi~,NTON MUNICIPI~,L CODE WHEREAS, Connolly Development Company, Inc. has applied to amend Table 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to expand the list of permitted and conditional uses in the C-N District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 17, 1993, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development regarding the proposed amendment. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Table 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to expand the list of permitted and conditional uses in the C-N District, as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
