"specified sexual activities" or "specified <br /> anatomical areas," as defined in this Section, or <br /> any establishment devoted to the sale or display of <br /> such material. <br /> <br /> 4. Other Businesses <br /> <br /> Any business not otherwise herein defined or <br /> identified which involves "specific sexual <br /> activities" or display of "specified anatomical <br /> areas." <br /> <br />B. Church <br /> <br /> An institution which people regularly attend to <br /> participate in or hold religious services, meetings and <br /> other activities. The term "church" shall not carry a <br /> secular connotation, and shall include buildings in which <br /> the religious services of any denomination are held. <br /> <br />C. "Matter" <br /> <br /> Means any book, magazine, newspaper, or other printed or <br /> written material or any picture, drawing, photograph, <br /> motion picture, or other pictorial representation or any <br /> statue or other figure, or any recording, transcription <br /> or mechanical chemical or electrical reproduction of any <br /> other articles, equipment, machines or materials. <br /> <br />D. "Person" <br /> <br /> Means any individual, firm, association, partnership, <br /> corporation, joint venture or combination of individuals. <br /> <br />E. Public Park <br /> <br /> An area publicly owned and dedicated as a park whether <br /> developed or not. <br /> <br />F. Residential Zone <br /> <br /> For purposes of this Chapter, a residential zone shall <br /> include the R-l, R-M, PUD-HDR, MDR, LDR and RDR zoning <br /> districts. <br /> <br />G. School <br /> <br /> An institution of learning for minors, whether public or <br /> private, which offers instruction in those courses of <br /> study required by the California Education Code or which <br /> is maintained pursuant to standards set by the State <br /> Board of Education.
