CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1592 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br /> PUD-90-10~ PALOMINO PLACE, AS FILED~NDER CASE <br /> PUD-90-10-2M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 20, 1990, Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 1489, approving the rezoning and <br /> development plan for a 24 unit townhome development to be <br /> constructed on an approximately 1.8 acre site located at <br /> 600 Palomino Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator approved Case PUD-90-10-2M, the <br /> application of Joseph W. Callahan for a minor <br /> modification to the approved development plan for <br /> Palomino Place to make architectural changes to the <br /> exterior building elevations, to modify the roof material <br /> from concrete tile to composition shingles, and to make <br /> changes to the landscape plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the City Council of Pleasanton appealed the <br /> decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)- High Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt (Class <br /> 3) from the requirements of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> April 6, 1993, at which time all pertinent testimony and <br /> documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the minor changes made <br /> by the developer to the Palomino Place townhouse <br /> development were major but would not significantly alter <br /> the approved PUD plan. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of Joseph W. Callahan for a <br /> modification to the approved development plan for <br /> Palomino Place to make architectural changes to the <br /> exterior building elevations, to modify the roof material <br /> from concrete tile to composition shingles, and to make <br /> changes to the landscape plan, subject to the conditions <br /> on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
