B. An applicant for a project requiring design review by the Zoning <br /> Administrator shall submit a site plan and/or architectural drawings or sketches <br /> showing building elevations and/or details of the structure as may be requirecl <br /> by the Zoning Administrator for each class of projects. <br /> 1. For those classes of projects described in Section 18.20.010(B)(7). <br /> and (9), the Zoning Administrator shall approve, conditionally approve. <br /> or disapprove the application in accordance with the purposes of this <br /> chapter. No notice shall be given prior to the Zoning Administrator's <br /> action on these classes of projects. <br /> 2. For those classes of projects described in Section 18.20.010(B)(1-6), <br /> the Zoning Administrator shall send notic~ of the application to the <br /> surrounding property owners. The Zoning Administrator shall <br /> determine the area within which property owners are to be notified by <br /> mail. If within seven days of mailing such notice, the Zoning <br /> Administrator receives a request for a hearing, the Zoning <br /> Administrator shall schedule an administrative hearing within seven <br /> days. Either administratively if no heating is requested, or after · <br /> conducting the administrative hearing, the Zoning Administrator shall <br /> approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the application in <br /> accordance with the purposes of this chaiXer. <br /> 3.a. For those classes of projects described in Section 18.20.010('B)(10) <br /> determined by the Zoning Administrator to be minor in nature, the <br /> Zoning Administrator shall approve, conditionally approve, or <br /> disapprove the application in accordance with the purposes of this <br /> chat)~. No notice shall be given prior to the Zoning Administrator 's <br /> action on thes~ classes of projects. <br /> 3.b. For thos~ classes of projects described in Section 18.20.010(B)(I0) <br /> determined by the Zoning Administrator to be substantial in nature. <br /> Zoning Administrator shall send a notice of th~ application to the <br /> surrounding prol~rty owners. The Zoning Adminislnmr shall <br /> determine the area within which property owners are to be notified b~ <br /> mail. ff within seven days of mailing such rexice, the Zoning <br /> AdminisUmor receives a request for a heating, the Zoning <br /> Admini.tmor shall schedule a public hearing at the next available City <br /> Council meeting.
