CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1591 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 18.20 (DESIGN <br /> REVIEW BOARD) AND ADDING A REVISED CHAPTER <br /> 18.20 (DESIGN REVIEW) TO THE PT~ASANTON <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 2, 1993, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development regarding the abolishment of the <br /> Design Review Board and transference of its functions to <br /> the Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 18.20 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, "Design <br /> Review Board," is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2: A revised Chapter 18.20, "Design Review," as shown on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference, is hereby added to the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code. <br /> <br />Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (36) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 2, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />
