D. Fundinq. The Space Rent study shall be funded equally by <br /> the Park Owners, the Home Owners and the City. <br /> <br /> E. Desiqnation of Study Consultant. If the PMHC cannot <br /> agree upon a consultant to conduct the study, then the City <br /> Manager shall designate the study consultant. <br /> <br /> F. Referral to PMHC. The study shall be completed by April <br /> 1, 1996, or April 1, 2001, whichever is applicable, and <br /> referred to the PMHC. At that time, the PMHC may make <br /> recommendations for modifications to the space rent formulas <br /> included within this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 6.60.190 Applicability of Ordinance. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall apply to all Park Owners and mobile home <br /> tenancies in the City of Pleasanton except: <br /> <br /> A. Those Park Owners who have entered into a Mobilehome Rent <br /> Stabilization Agreement with the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> B. Tenancies which are exempt by state or federal law <br /> including but not limited to Civil Code Section 798.17. <br /> <br /> Section 6.60.200 Severability Clause. <br /> <br /> If any section or portion of this Ordinance is found to be <br /> invalid, such findings shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remainder of the Ordinance, which shall continue in full force <br /> and effect." <br /> <br />Section 2: A summary of this urgency ordinance shall be published <br /> once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be posted <br /> for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> - 22 - <br /> <br /> <br />
